Submission Guidelines: Illustration (Cobblestone Publishing Magazines)

Cobblestone Publishing Company publishes seven magazines for young people ages 8 and up: Appleseeds (theme-based social studies), Calliope (world history), Cobblestone (U.S. history), Faces (cultural anthropology), Dig (archeology), Odissey (science and space). All seven magazines feature fiction, nonfiction, recipes, and activities that sometimes require illustrations. Illustrators are encouraged to study recent issues to note the style and function of illustration used in the magazine.
